At Dilbagh Sweets, every product is freshly prepared using premium ingredients and traditional recipes. Due to the perishable nature of sweets and food items, we follow a strict return, refund, and cancellation policy to ensure hygiene, safety, and quality for all our customers.
No Refund / No Return / No Cancellation Policy
- All sweets, bakery products, snacks, gift packs, and food items are strictly non-returnable.
- Once an order has been prepared, packed, dispatched, or handed over to the customer, it cannot be cancelled.
- We do not provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection, incorrect delivery details provided by the customer, or refusal to accept the order.
- Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, returned food products cannot be resold and therefore cannot be accepted back.
- Refunds or replacements may only be considered in verified cases where the wrong item was delivered or the product arrived in a damaged condition.
Non-Returnable Items
- All sweets, bakery products, namkeen, snacks, beverages, and food items are non-returnable due to hygiene, quality control, and perishability concerns.
